「AIってヤバい」と気づいた、あの日。The day I realised — "AI is no joke."
HAiiA は、社内の戦略会議から生まれた組織ではありません。一人の経営者として僕自身が震えた経験と、同じ問題意識を持った仲間との出会いから始まった協会です。HAiiA wasn't born out of some internal strategy meeting. It started from an experience that shook me as a business owner, and from meeting peers who shared the same concern.
でも、僕はAIにやらせましたBut I had AI do it
独立して最初にやったことの一つが、前職時代に立ち上げた事業のM&A。デューデリジェンス、契約書の作成・修正、価格交渉、移管プロセスの設計——普通なら弁護士・会計士・税理士の先生方に何百万単位でフィーを払ってやる仕事です。One of the first things I did after going independent was the M&A of a business I had built up in my previous job. Due diligence, drafting and revising contracts, price negotiation, designing the transfer process — normally, the kind of work you pay lawyers, accountants and tax advisors millions of yen to handle.
ところが、M&Aのデューデリから契約書の分析、契約書のドラフト作成、リスク条項の洗い出し、交渉ポイントの整理まで、ほとんど全部、AIに分析・作成させた。Instead, from due diligence through contract analysis, drafting, surfacing risk clauses, and structuring negotiation points — I had AI analyze and produce almost all of it.
最初は「ちょっと使ってみるか」くらいの軽い気持ちでした。でも、出てくるアウトプットが——At first it was a casual "let's see what it does." But the output that came back —
やばい。これ、人間の専門家と同じレベルで仕事してる。
いや、論点の網羅性なら、人間より上かもしれないThis is no joke. It's working at the level of a human specialist.
Actually, on coverage of issues, it might be above human.
って気づいたとき、震えました。10歳の頃の「死の恐怖」以来の震え方でした。The moment I realised this, I trembled. The kind of trembling I hadn't felt since the "fear of death" at age ten.
この衝撃が、HAiiAにつながるThat shock became HAiiA
「これ、世の中まずいぞ」って、本気で思ったんです。"This is genuinely dangerous for the world," I thought, seriously.
何がまずいかというと、AIが超優秀なのに、使う人間の側が追いついてない。特に「AIに何をやらせて、何は人間がやるべきか」っていう判断、これができる人が、絶望的に少ない。What's dangerous: AI is brilliant, but the humans using it haven't caught up. In particular, the judgement of "what to let AI do, and what humans must do" — there are desperately few people who can make that call.
しかも、そこで必要なのって、AIの技術知識じゃないんですよ。「人間とは何か」「人間にしかできないことは何か」 っていう、もっと根っこの問いです。And what's needed there isn't AI technical knowledge. It's a much deeper question: "What is a human? What can only a human do?"
経営者会・交流会で出会った仲間とThe peers I met at owners' circles and gatherings
独立して動き始めると、面白いことに、同じ問題意識を持った経営者と次々に出会いました。After going independent, interestingly, I kept running into owners with the same concern.
「AIすごいけど、このまま進んだらヤバくない？」
「みんなプロンプトテクニックの話ばっかしてるけど、もっと根っこの話しなくない？」
「子供たちが大人になる頃、本当に必要なスキルって何だろう？」"AI is amazing, but if we keep going like this, isn't this dangerous?"
"Everyone's talking prompt tricks — shouldn't we be talking about the roots?"
"When today's kids grow up, what skills will they actually need?"
そういう会話を何度もするうちに、「じゃあ、自分たちで作るか」 って話になったのが、一般社団法人 健全AI教育協会（HAiiA） です。After enough conversations like that, it became "Then let's build it ourselves" — and that's how HAiiA (the Healthy AI Education Association) began.
