本書は、健全 AI 教育協会（HAiiA）のミッション——「AI スキルではなく、人間スキルを」——を、解説書ではなく物語として届ける書籍です。AI を恐れる側ではなく、AI を意思を持って使い倒す側に立つために必要な姿勢を、読者が自分の物語として読めるかたちで構成しています。 This book carries the mission of the HAiiA — "not AI skills, but human skills" — into the world not as a how-to manual, but as a story. It is structured so that readers can step into, as their own narrative, the posture needed to stand on the side that wields AI with intent, rather than the side that fears it.

京都弁の AI キャラクター 「コトハ」 が登場するビジネス小説として、AI 時代の働き方・判断のしかた・他者との向き合い方を描きます。実用書として読んでも、物語として読んでも成立する二層構造を意図しています。 It takes the form of a business novella featuring a Kyoto-dialect AI character, "Kotoha", depicting how to work, decide, and meet others in the AI era. It is intended to function on two layers — read as a practical guide, and read as a story.
