大切にしていること What I Value

AIを使うほど、人間が気になる。人間とは何か、幸せとは何かを問い続けることそのものが、生きる動機になっている。答えが出なくていい。問いが深まるほど、生きることが豊かになる。これが、僕のすべての活動の根にある。 The more I use AI, the more curious I become about being human. Asking what humanity is and what happiness means — the act of asking itself has become my reason for living. The answer doesn't need to arrive. The deeper the question, the richer life becomes. This is at the root of everything I do.

知識は変えない。体験が変える。だから、思考のきっかけとなる体験をつくることに、自分の時間と知恵を使う。「あの体験の前と後で、自分が変わった」と誰かが言える瞬間のために。それが、事業をつくるときも、プログラムをつくるときも、ぶれない基準になっている。 Knowledge doesn't change people. Experience does. So I pour my time and thinking into creating experiences that trigger thought. For the moment when someone says "I was different before that experience." This is the standard I never bend when building a venture or designing a program.

他者の定義した役割に乗らない。「コンサルタント」でも「コーチ」でもなく、自分の仕事を自ら言語化して名乗る。「ビジネスオーケストレーター」は称号ではなく、自分の仕事を正確に表現するために選んだ言葉。自由は、自ら責任を取ることと対になっている。 I don't step into roles others have defined. Not a "consultant," not a "coach" — I put my own work into language and name it myself. "Business Orchestrator" is not a title; it is a word I chose to express my work precisely. Freedom comes paired with taking responsibility yourself.

信頼は蓄積であり、時間がかかる。だから急がない。短期の利益のために関係を損なうことをしない。誠実さは戦略ではなく、生き方だと思っている。だから、関係が壊れるくらいなら、利益を諦める。 Trust is built up over time, not claimed in an instant. So I don't rush. I don't damage relationships for short-term gain. Honesty is not a strategy; it is a way of living. So if it comes down to a relationship or a profit, I give up the profit.

新しい価値は、優秀な誰か一人の頭からは生まれない。違う領域の人と人が、本気で向き合った「あいだ」で生まれる。だから、人と人をつなぐことが、僕の最も重要な仕事だと思っている。化学反応を起こす場をつくること。これは義務感ではなく、喜びでもある。 New value is never born from one brilliant mind alone. It is born between people from different worlds, when they truly meet. That is why connecting people is, for me, the most important work. Creating the space for a reaction. This is not duty — it is also joy.

AIが「整理する」「分析する」「書く」を巻き取っていくほど、人間が人間として向き合うことの価値が高まる。倫理・哲学・人間の根本能力を教育の中心に置くのは、この信念の直接の表れ。道具が賢くなるほど、使う人間の問いが問われる。 The more AI takes over organizing, analyzing and writing, the more valuable it becomes to face each other as human beings. Centering ethics, philosophy and the human fundamentals in education is the direct expression of this belief. The smarter the tool, the more the human using it is questioned.
