答えを渡すのでも、個人の成長に寄り添うのでもない。散らばっている人のエネルギーを、社会的な仕事に変える。その配置と関係性を設計するのが、この職種です。 Not handing down answers, nor walking alongside personal growth. Converting scattered human energy into socially meaningful work — by designing the arrangement and relations.
