同じ読み、まったく異なる存在。 Same pronunciation.
Three entirely different ways of being.
受動的な仕事をする人。会社に「材料」として扱われている。Someone who does reactive work — treated by the organization as raw material.
与えられた仕事をこなす。コストとして計上され、消耗する。Executes what's assigned. Logged as a cost. Worn down over time.
スキルを持つ人。才能が生産性を上げ、対価となる。Someone with skills — their ability raises productivity and commands a return.
専門性で価値を生む。でも、スキルが陳腐化すれば価値も揺らぐ。Generates value through expertise. But if the skill becomes obsolete, so does the value.
その人の存在が、会社を変える。社会を変える。Their very existence changes the organization. Changes society.
財産・宝。関わるほど周りが豊かになり、その人自身も増えていく。これが「人財ラボ」が目指す姿です。Treasure. The more they engage, the richer the people around them become — and they themselves grow. This is what Jinzai Lab is working toward.
私がこの場を「ラボ」と呼ぶのは、人財育成に決まった答えがないからです。関わる人の文脈、組織の文脈、時代の文脈によって、財になるルートは変わる。だから一緒に研究する。 I call this a lab because there's no fixed answer for how to develop human assets. The route to becoming 人財 shifts with each person's context, each organization, each moment in time. So we research it together.

私が共同設立したHAiiA（Human AI interaction Association）は、AIと人間の関係を倫理・リテラシー・対話の三軸で捉え直す団体です。ここでの「人財」の基準は明快です——AIを道具として使いこなすのではなく、AIとの関係を自分で設計できる人。 HAiiA — Human AI interaction Association, which I co-founded — reframes the relationship between AI and humans through ethics, literacy, and dialogue. Our standard for a "human asset" is clear: not someone who merely uses AI as a tool, but someone who can design their own relationship with AI.
AIを過度に信頼しても、過度に恐れても、人財にはなれません。自分の判断軸を持ちながら、AIの可能性と限界を知っている人——それがHAiiAの考える人財像です。 Blind trust in AI or fear of it both fall short. A human asset, in HAiiA's view, is someone with their own judgment axis who also understands what AI can and cannot do.

AIを自分の業務フローに組み込み、チームや組織単位で活用できる人。最低限ここまで到達してほしいラインです。Someone who can integrate AI into their own workflows and deploy it across teams or departments. This is the minimum I want people to reach.
AIの仕組み・倫理・社会的影響を理解し、他者・組織のAI設計を支援できる人。伊藤哲也が「FDE（Front Deployed Engineer）」と呼ぶ目標水準。AIを現場に展開・運用できる人財です。Someone who understands AI's mechanisms, ethics, and societal impact, and can support others in designing their AI engagement. The FDE — Front Deployed Engineer — is someone who deploys and operates AI at the front line.
Lv35以上になると、AIを「使う人」から「設計する人」へ変わります。自分のチームや事業のAI戦略を描き、他者のAIリテラシーを育てることができる存在——これが私の育てたい人財の姿です。 From Level 35 upward, a person shifts from "AI user" to "AI designer." They can shape AI strategy for their team or business, and they can develop AI literacy in others — that's the kind of human asset I want to grow.

With the first 10 people, I'll develop the shape of this work carefully: dialogue, feedback, level measurement, and practical challenges — all fitted to each person's context.
