It is the person, not us, who draws it out — and that distinction is hard to hold in ordinary language. So this article is the record of an attempt to reread the work of Human Orchestration through the words of physics.
人の潜在能力・やりたいこと・関係性は、多くの場合、高エントロピー状態 にあります。方向性がバラバラで、表面化していない可能性の山。ここに外部から構造を与え、社会的な仕事（低エントロピー・有用エネルギー）に変換する操作——これがヒューマンオーケストレーションの物理学的記述になります。熱力学の第二法則と同じ構造です。閉じた系を放っておけば、人材・アイデア・関係性は散漫化・形骸化・断絶に向かう。外部からのエネルギー投入なしには、この自然な劣化は止まりません。 Human capacity, intent, and relationship sit, in most cases, in a state of high entropy: a heap of possibility with no shared direction, scattered, unsurfaced. The operation of giving this scattered energy structure from outside, and converting it into social work (low-entropy, usable energy), is the physics description of Human Orchestration. The structure mirrors the second law of thermodynamics: left alone, a closed system of people, ideas, and relationships moves toward dispersal, formalism, and disconnection. Without external input, the natural decay cannot stop.
外部から投入できるエネルギーの様式は、現時点で 4 つに整理されています。接続（Connection）／実現支援（Realization）／教育（Education）／出資（Investment）。4 つとも「自分が主役として何かを作る」のではなく、他者のエネルギーが発現する条件を整える という構造を持っています。ビジネスオーケストレーターの定義と、ぴったり一致します。 The forms in which energy can be injected from outside have settled, for now, into four: Connection, Realization, Education, and Investment. All four share the same structure — not "creating something as the protagonist" but arranging the conditions under which the energy of others can emerge. They align exactly with the definition of Business Orchestrator.
