資本主義と国家というシステムをどう見るか。この問いは、ビジネスの設計思想にも、教育の組み立てにも、個人の生き方にも、最終的には影を落とします。「打倒」と「迎合」の二択で答えを出してしまうと、思考はそこで止まる。けれど、この二択以外の場所で立ち位置を作らないと、現実の経営や事業設計が動かなくなる。だから、この記事は 第三の道 を言語化する試みです。 How does one see the systems of capitalism and the state? The question eventually casts its shadow over business design, over education, over how one lives. To answer "overthrow" or "comply" is to stop thinking. Yet without finding a place outside that binary, the real work of running a business and designing ventures cannot move. This article is an attempt to put that third way into language.
打倒（革命論）は変革のエネルギーを持ちますが、代替システムの設計に失敗し続けてきた歴史を背負っています。迎合（現状維持論）は安定を生みますが、システムの歪みを温存します。第三の道として浮かび上がるのは——「欠陥だらけだが不動のシステムを前提として受け入れ、その中で歪みを補正する構造を設計する」という、理想主義的プラグマティズムの姿勢です。理想をゴールに持ちながら、手段は徹底して現実の文脈で選ぶ。 Overthrow (the revolutionary stance) carries the energy of change but bears a history of repeated failure in designing replacement systems. Compliance (the conservative stance) brings stability while preserving the system's distortions. What surfaces as the third way is — "accepting the flawed but unmovable system as a premise, and designing structures to correct its distortions within it": an idealistic-pragmatist stance. To hold the ideal as goal, while ruthlessly choosing means within the actual context.
これをビジネスオーケストレーターの動き方と接続すると、輪郭がはっきりします。資本主義のゲームルールを使いながら、そのゲームが生み出す「散在するヒューマンエネルギー」を掬い上げて社会的仕事に変換する——これは既存システムへの抵抗でも服従でもなく、システムの余白に秩序を作る 行為です。打倒でも迎合でもなく、浸透と構造設計。グローカリゼーションの世界観・ビジネスオーケストレーションの動き方・資本主義への態度——この三つは、同じ哲学から生えていると考えています。 Connected to the operating logic of the Business Orchestrator, the outline sharpens. Using the rules of the capitalist game, gathering up the "scattered human energy" that the game generates, and converting it into social work — this is neither resistance to the existing system nor obedience to it, but making order in the system's margins. Neither overthrow nor compliance, but permeation and structural design. The worldview of glocalization, the way of moving as a Business Orchestrator, and the stance toward capitalism — I take all three as growing from a single philosophical root.
